1 Structure

1.1 Registration

  1. In person registration occurs on arrival at the fair site. This includes the assignment of accommodations. Name tags with medical and tour information will also be distributed to finalists and delegates.

1.2 Set-up

  1. Set-up of exhibits and safety checks must be completed by the deadline, set by the Host Committee in collaboration with the CWSF Chief Judge and the NSFC.
  2. Prior to the setup deadline, project setup and safety checks shall take precedence over other activities for finalists.

1.3 Judging

  1. Judging does not normally begin until at least thirty-six (36) hours after the last scheduled region has arrived on the official arrival date.

1.4 Photography

  1. During the judging process, each finalist will be photographed with her/his project.

1.5 Take-down

  1. Project take-down will not begin until 1:00pm on take-down day.
