1.1 The Executive Director appoints the Deputy National Judge-in-Chief early in the term of the incumbent National Judge-in-Chief on the recommendation of the National Judge-in-Chief.
2 Responsibility
2.1 The Deputy National Judge-in-Chief supports the National Judge-in-Chief to ensure that the responsibilities of the National Judging Committee are met.
2.2 The Deputy National Judge-in-Chief:
- Succeeds the incumbent National Judge-in-Chief.
- Serves as the National Judge-in-Chief’s designate as the need arises.
