1.1 Funds allocated to scholarships awarded prior to 1996 shall be transferred to the general operating fund. Special requests for claims from these funds will be considered for an additional three years (until June 30, 2006) on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the Board.
1.2 Scholarships awarded from 1996 onward shall expire after 7 years and the funds shall be transferred to the general operating fund. The Executive Director will consider special requests for claims after a scholarship’s expiry on a case-by-case basis.
